In my three-decade-long journey in education, I have witnessed firsthand the remarkable transformation that education can bring to young minds. With an illustrious career spanning over three decades, Mr. Alexander Abraham stands as an embodiment of educational excellence, instilling a profound belief in the boundless potential of each child. His educational journey has taken him across esteemed institutions like St. Xavier’s School, Delhi, and Sarala Birla Academy, Bengaluru, where he made a decisive impact. Having served as the Senior School Principal at Pathways School Noida, Mr. Abraham has held a multitude of pivotal roles throughout his career. From being a dynamic Head of the Department to skilfully coordinating the Diploma Programme, overseeing boarding facilities, spearheading international curriculums, guiding as an Assistant Headmaster, and shaping young minds as a dedicated teacher, his diverse experiences have enriched his educational repertoire. Rooted in his comprehensive grasp of Indian National curriculums, Cambridge IGCSE, A Levels, and the IB continuum, his pedagogical acumen transcends traditional boundaries. Yet, it is his unyielding passion for each child and their incredible potential, that sets him apart. He has a deep calling that every child’s innate talents are celebrated, creating an environment where each student’s uniqueness shines.

His academic accomplishments are as impressive as his dedication. With a master’s from the esteemed St. Stephen’s College and a diploma in Master Trainers and Teachers from Cambridge University, he embodies a relentless pursuit of knowledge and expertise. As a trained Cambridge and IB educator, a distinguished member of the CIS International Team of Evaluators, and an esteemed contributor to the IBEN community, he champions educational innovation on a global scale.
