About us

Prometheus School has been founded under the aegis of the Gauri Shiksha Foundation to provide holistic education to the children, encompassing – academics, co-curricular activities, sports education, and life skills learning. We believe that education is the basis of all progress, and the entire purpose of education is to inculcate wisdom and humanitarian values like compassion, integrity, and honesty, with a strong sense of fairness, justice, and respect for the dignity of the individual and community, courage, humility, and reliability in a child. Our mission is to create individuals who grow up as disciplined, responsible, productive citizens of a democratic country and are confident of their potential, are goal-oriented, sensitive to their environment and above all, co-creators of their destiny. The IB programme aims to develop inquiring, knowledgeable and caring young people who help to create a better and more peaceful world through intercultural understanding and respect.
