Prometheus School taught me so much more than just my academics.
This school encouraged me to find what I’m passionate about and chase it. Even when I didn’t feel like I was “enough”, I was reminded that curiosity and effort go a long way.
Ironically, that’s how I found my passion in physics, something my aspiring art major never saw coming.
In this school we were never expected to be perfect or have all the answers. Instead, we were given a space to fail, to learn and to keep on going. And that’s what helps me move forward even at my university where I see each challenge as a chance to grow.

My journey at Prometheus was defined by curiosity and finding my voice. Through research, experiments, and endless opportunities in debate and poetry, I learned to think deeply and communicate with conviction. Exploring beyond the curriculum taught me to be a self-driven learner, a skill that is invaluable in university. I’m especially grateful to Ms. Parul, my chemistry teacher, who always pushed me to pursue my research beyond the classroom—a quality that truly enhanced my college applications and helped me get into Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

I am Saanvi Gupta, pursuing law at OP Jindal Global University. I completed my Cambridge A Levels at Prometheus School. My years at Prometheus were transformative, shaping who I am today. The Cambridge curriculum offered challenged me in the best ways and perfectly aligned with my academic objectives. The faculty’s unwavering support is truly commendable and made my journey a breeze.

Among all the guidance I received, Ms. Harshita’s support impacted my journey the most. Her clarity, patience, and constant encouragement made all the difference. It brought out the best in me and is part of the reason I am where I am today.

Prometheus has been a very special and memorable part of my life and always will be. I learned a lot, not just academically, but through the interactions and exposures I got, such as my leadership position, service project, and so many more opportunities. I am currently at NMIMS studying B.Sc. Applied Psychology. As much as my academic knowledge and grades helped me get here and cope at college, Prometheus taught me more than that—they taught me communication, collaboration, and self-expression. I made memories and amazing bonds for life, not just with my classmates but with my teachers as well. The bond I have created with all my teachers will be cherished for life, but especially with my coordinator and former maths teacher, Ms. Namrata. She was the teacher I connected with the most, who I genuinely felt understood me. She was always there by our side, rooting for us all the way through. I can’t imagine doing A Levels without her! Thank you for these unforgettable years of my life 🙂

Prometheus is by far a place I’ll never forget. It’s the place where I met a lot of the people who I now call my best friends, no matter which corner of the world I’m in. It’s a place I’ll always remember as one that allowed me to harness my creativity and truly be a part of something big. I’ll always look back at the memories of musical performances with Haokip sir and my bandmates as some of the best I’ve ever had. While studying here at UT Dallas, I’ll always carry the individuality that Prometheus helped in growing.

Prometheus was a stepping stone that allowed me to create such meaningful relationships with my teachers and my classmates. With the guidance of my teachers like Mr. Vijay and Ms. Jasleen, I fell in love with subjects I wouldn’t have thought of enjoying, and with the support of the classmates that turned into friends, I grew into a better and more rounded learner.

My time at Prometheus School was nothing short of nostalgic. It hasn’t even been a full year since I graduated, but I miss the lunch breaks with my friends and classes with lovely teachers who were truly interested in making me better as both a learner and a person. After high school, I voluntarily chose to take a gap year to take a breather and explore the scope of my field of interest — Biochemistry — to the maximum. I shadowed professors at microbiology labs, co-wrote research papers with PhD scholars, and even started writing my own research papers! The best part? The research papers are advanced, more developed versions of my IB internal assessments. Thanks to the extensive guidance I received from my teachers at Prometheus, my research qualified as “graduate-level research,” due to which I have already presented my research alongside PhD scholars and doctors at university-level conferences as the youngest presenter. Prometheus provided a solid foundation for me to build upon, thanks to the lovely community of friends and teachers that became my family. Thanks to them, I also found strengths within me I wasn’t aware of, including the ability to act and sing on stage — which I was able to put to the test by securing a lead role in their first-ever secondary musical. My experience has been extremely rewarding, and my formative years were handled with immense care.

I’m currently studying English Literature and Art History at the University of Manchester. My time in Prometheus, learning how to do research and learning to socialize with people from different backgrounds, is helping me adjust in the UK. The academic culture helped me to become prepared for university too.

Prometheus shaped me in so many ways. It wasn’t just academics, it gave me confidence, curiosity and the freedom to grow into myself. The teachers created a space where I felt supported and understood, and the program along with so many different opportunities gave me skills that help me navigate university better. I also found my people there and made memories that will always stay close to my heart. Prometheus helped me step into a more confident version of myself.

Prometheus has had a profound and lasting influence on both my academic journey and my personal growth. The school always made me feel supported, encouraged, and guided, allowing me to develop confidence in my abilities and clarity in my goals. The support from my teachers, along with the strong value system the school upholds, helped me shape my character and played a key role in motivating me to keep progressing. Prometheus taught me resilience, creativity, and discipline, qualities that continue to guide me today. I am currently studying at Heriot-Watt University Dubai, and the foundation Prometheus helped me build plays a significant role in the way I approach my studies and new challenges.

Prometheus was honestly the place that pushed me to grow up in the best way. I learned how to think for myself, take responsibility, and stay curious even when things got tough. Teachers like Ms. Jyoti always took the time to guide me, not just academically, but personally, and that support is something I still carry with me.
