The Rotary Club of Delhi Okhla City has proudly inaugurated the Interact Club at Prometheus School, Noida, one of the top international schools in Noida. This initiative is a significant milestone in nurturing leadership and community service skills among students. The inauguration ceremony, held on December 4, 2024, witnessed the presence of esteemed leaders, educators, and enthusiastic students.
Prometheus School, recognized for its commitment to holistic education, has always been at the forefront of empowering students to excel academically and socially. The newly established Interact Club is a youth initiative by Rotary International, designed to engage students aged 12 to 18 in meaningful social service projects. This platform encourages them to address local and global issues, develop leadership qualities, and contribute positively to society.
During the event, Samaira Rana was announced as the first President of the Interact Club, and other office bearers were appointed. This achievement reflects the collaborative efforts of Mr. Kushagra Awasthi, President of the Rotary Club, and Mr. Mukesh Sharma, Chairman of Prometheus School. Distinguished guests, including Mr. Alexander Abraham, Director of Prometheus School, and Mr. Deepak Chhabra, Secretary of the Rotary Club, also graced the occasion with their presence.
