Kishan Mohan Sharma serves as an Advisory Committee Member of the Gauri Shiksha Trust. He is the son of the late Shri Gauri Shankar Sharma, in whose memory the trust was established. His life embodies the values of resilience, simplicity, and integrity—values that continue to guide the trust’s mission today.

After losing his father at the age of 13, Kishan Mohan Sharma stepped into a life of responsibility far beyond his years. Though he did not have the opportunity to pursue higher education, he placed the highest importance on ensuring that his children received the education and values needed to succeed not just professionally, but as human beings. Together with his wife, he raised four children—Mukesh, Rajesh, Minesh, and Shalini—instilling in them a strong moral compass, a deep respect for learning, and the courage to break social barriers when needed.

He began his career at BITS Pilani in the glass blowing division and later worked in the biology and chemistry laboratories. His commitment to his work, his family, and his principles was unwavering.

More than academic knowledge, it was the life lessons he taught through example—honesty, humility, compassion, standing up for what is right, and helping those in need—that truly shaped the path of his children. These values, which no college curriculum teaches, have become the foundation upon which the Gauri Shiksha Trust stands today.

Rajesh Sharma is a senior technology and business leader with deep expertise in client engagement, stakeholder alignment, and global service delivery. As a member of the Advisory Committee at Gauri Shiksha Trust, he brings a relationship-driven approach to institutional strategy—grounded in empathy, communication, and long-term trust.

Currently serving as Vice President at Qualitest, Rajesh continues to lead large-scale client partnerships across industries. He was a key part of QA InfoTech’s leadership team and played a vital role during its acquisition by Qualitest. His ability to build enduring relationships and ensure client success made him a natural choice to stay on as part of the global leadership team.

In his advisory role with the Trust, Rajesh offers a grounded perspective on how educational institutions can stay responsive to evolving community needs while staying true to their values. His experience working across diverse cultures and teams gives him the ability to translate vision into practical action, particularly in the areas of governance, communication, and external engagement.

Rajesh’s presence on the Advisory Committee reflects a blend of professional insight and personal commitment. As a brother to co-members Mukesh and Minesh, and a part of the legacy of Shri Gauri Shankar Sharma, he remains deeply invested in the trust’s mission to provide meaningful, value-based education.

Mayuri Jagannathan is an experienced leader whose expertise spans education, technology, and talent strategy. As a member of the Advisory Committee at Gauri Shiksha Trust, she provides critical guidance on preparing students for the future—through curriculum relevance, career preparedness, and global outlook.

Her journey began at the intersection of learning and digital transformation, where she quickly recognized the power of technology in shaping how people learn and grow. Over the years, Mayuri has advised leadership teams on building adaptive learning environments, nurturing high-performance cultures, and developing forward-looking talent frameworks.

At Prometheus School, she actively contributes to shaping career counselling initiatives and academic strategy, with a strong focus on helping students discover their strengths and make informed decisions about their future. Mayuri holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Madras and a Master’s in Technology from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Her strength lies in combining strategic clarity with empathy—making her a trusted advisor to educators, parents, and students alike.

Minesh Upadhyaya brings over two decades of experience in the technology and innovation space, with a strong track record in building scalable solutions and empowering teams. As the Founder and CEO of Round The Clock Technologies, he has led impactful digital transformations for global clients across diverse industries.
